1. Do you charge an admission fee?
We do not charge an admission fee. Guests pay per attraction. Click here to review Pricing
2. Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes! Our 19th Hole Snack Bar offers a variety of drinks and concessions such as hot dogs, personal pizzas, ICEE frozen slushy, and ice cream.
3. Do you have seating or tables around your facility?
Yes! Our new patio has seating and tables with umbrellas that are open to the public. There are benches for batting cages as well. When birthday parties or special events are not being held in the exclusive party area, please ask the Manager-on-duty about renting out this exclusive seating and tables during your visit.
4. Do you have restrooms?
Restrooms (Women and Men) are available onsite, around the corner of the ticket booth. Please note that they are available for customers only; no public restrooms.
5. Is there parking available and is there a charge?
Parking is available in our lot and adjacent ancillary lot plus additional unmetered street-side parking. Parking is FREE of charge. Parking is available for busses. Please note that we do not provide private, exclusive parking for clients who have booked an event with us, including birthdays. Parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
6. Is there a place to store my personal belongings at the FunPark?
Sorry, no storage is available for personal belongings and Team Members are not permitted to hold them. We are not responsible for items left, lost, or stolen. We encourage you to leave such items with someone in your party when participating in attractions.
7. What forms of payment does the FunPark accept?
We accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards. No personal checks.
8. Do you offer any discounts or specials during the season?
Yes! We love offering our guests special promos during the season and on special occassions. To view our seasonal and select date special offers, please follow us on Instagram (@sifunpark) where you can like our special offer, show it to us at the ticket booth, and apply it to your purchase.
9. How do I contact you if I lost or left a personal item?
Please call us at 718-982-5576 or stop by and ask the Manager-on-Duty for assistance. Items found are brought to the ticket center.
10. Can I bring my pet to the park? How about service animals?
We love pets however unfortunately only licensed serviced animals may be brought into the park and must be leashed. Animal owners must clean up after their pets. No emotional support pets are permitted. No animals of any kind are permitted on or in the attractions.
BIRTHDAYS
1. What is the role of the Party Host?
The Party Host is here to act as your ultimate FUN Coordinator! They’ll assist with everything you need, and help make your birthday extra special. They are here to make your party run as smoothly as possible. Under your direction, the Party Host can help with any decorating and group coordinating, and be on-hand for any trouble-shooting or questions throughout your event.
2. How large is the private area & how many people does it hold?
Included with either your Premium or Deluxe Birthday Packages is (4) exclusive picnic tables with bench-style seating that can generally sit eight adults or between 10-12 kids per table. You’re shaded party area is also sectioned off from the rest of the public and measure 16’ x 24’ under shade.
3. Can I bring my own food & beverages? Is there a space to store my cake?
If you do not wish to purchase any of our Food Add-Ons, you may bring your own food and beverage. If additional storage is needed, you are welcome to bring your own coolers, as we do not have any outside F&B storage available. With advanced notice, we can provide plates, napkins, utensils, and a serving knife for your cake.
4. What are your height requirements per attraction?
Please be sure to read and follow all rules and regulations as stated per attraction and throughout the park. To review the requirements of our attractions, please visit our website.
5. Do you have reserved parking for birthday clients and their guests? Can I drive up to the gate and unload food & decorations?
Free parking is available in our lot and adjacent ancillary lot plus additional unmetered street-side parking! Parking is available for busses. Please note that we do not provide private, exclusive parking for clients who have booked an event with us, including birthdays. Parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Guests are not allowed to drive up to the exclusive party area to unload any food or decorations; however, if you would like assistance transporting items from your vehicle to your party area, please alert the party host or nearest member of our staff and they will be happy to assist you.
ATTRACTIONS
1.What are the restrictions for Go Karts, Mini Golf, and Batting Cages?
Please refer to our Attractions page online for rules and restrictions.
2. Can I bring my own equipment into the Batting Cages?
Yes, you may bring your own equipment if you do not wish to use ours (which is on a first come, first served basis); however, please note that we will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of personal equipment that may occur. We do not provide private lockers for storing personal items or equipment.
3. Does your staff monitor kids who participate in the attractions?
Our staff’s first and foremost concern is the safety of our guests so we are always active and alert during hours of operation! In addition, rules, regulations, and rules of conduct are posted throughout the park to ensure an overall positive (and safe!) experience.
4. How many people per group are allowed on the Mini Golf course at a time?
No more than five players per group, per hole.
5. How long is a Go Kart race and how many karts can be on the track in a single race?
A race around the SI Raceway is 5 minutes. The amount of karts on the track at one time is determined by Team Members for each race (typically 6 to 10).
6. What’s the average time to get through the Mini Golf course?
This really depends on the size of your group and how busy the park is during your visit, as well as how quickly you’re able to move through each hole. With this in mind, the average five person group can get through the course in about 30-45 minutes.
7. Can we skip lines?
There is no line skipping allowed on any attraction, and no “fast passes” available for purchase or that are included with your birthday or group package.
