Please read through this list of Rules & Regulations we have in place to keep Staten Island FunPark safe and fun, and to encourage all our Guests to be considerate.
Staten Island FunPark is a family-friendly park. Unruly, disruptive, or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Running, spitting, or throwing of objects is not permitted. Clothing or body art which the FunPark determines to contain vulgar graphics or profanity is not permitted. No solicitation or unapproved distribution of literature is permitted on park property.
Intoxicated Guests, Guests under the influence of a controlled substance and any other behavior violators will be escorted from the property without refund at sole discretion of Management.
Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols, signs, or gestures will be escorted from the property without refund.
In keeping with a family-friendly atmosphere, Guests are required to wear shoes and shirts at all times. As a courtesy to others, modest dress is expected of all Guests. Revealing or offensive clothing, bikini bottoms, bikini tops, Speedo bottoms, and thongs are not considered appropriate attire while in the park. Some language, gestures, and suggestive art on apparel may be considered inappropriate. The FunPark reserves the right to address these issues with all Guests which includes removal from park property. Due to the various surfaces within the park, closed-toe shoes are suggested for safety. Costumes or masks are not permitted to be worn at the FunPark.
The Staten Island FunPark is a smoke-free facility. For the comfort of all Guests, smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce a vapor or smoke are allowed only off property. Your cooperation is appreciated.
By entering the park, guests grant the FunPark the right to photograph, film, video, or record him/her on park property for any reason without payment or consideration. No commercial photography will be allowed on park premises without the written consent of Staten Island FunPark management in advance.
Food and Beverage brought into the park may not be eaten or consumed at any seating areas or reserved areas. NO alcoholic beverages may be brought onto property.
With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in the FunPark. Service animals should be licensed accordingly. Owners must clean up and dispose of any pet waste. Pets may not be left tied to any fixtures or property on premise.
Attractions may be closed temporarily during electrical storms, heavy rain, or high winds and will reopen when safe operations can be assured. Refunds for inclement weather are not offered unless the FunPark will not be reopening for the day.
Line jumping is not allowed under any circumstances. Line jumping is defined as cutting in line or leaving line and trying to re-enter for any reason. If a member of your party leaves the ride line for any reason (including using the restroom) the rest of the party may not “hold” his or her place and must allow those behind you to pass ahead of you.
Please remember items in pockets are considered “loose items” which could injure you or another participant. Secure all loose items (including phones, cameras and hats) before riding. Should you ignore this policy, leading to loss of an item (wallet, hat, phone, money, etc.), under no circumstances are you or any other Guest permitted to retrieve the lost item in a restricted area.
Guests are not permitted to enter any restricted area. Personal items that are lost should be reported to a Team Member at the FunPark. The FunPark will make every effort to retrieve lost articles when safe to do so. Guests entering restricted areas will be escorted from the park without refund. The Staten Island FunPark or its Team Members are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Firearms, knives, razor blades, weapons, or any objects meant to cause harm are not permitted on the premises. Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and rollerblades are not permitted for use while on the premises.
Restrooms at the FunPark are for paying Guests only. The FunPark does not offer public restrooms. Public restrooms are located across the street at Todt Hill Playground.
Safety is the FunPark’s top priority. Guests with certain body proportions, height, and/or weight may not be able to partake in certain rides if the safety restraints will not operate as designed.
There are inherent risks in the participation of any amusement attraction. Guests must exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner while on attractions. Guests must follow all oral and written warnings and properly use all ride safety equipment provided. Guests that do not comply with attraction rules may be asked to leave the FunPark without refund. Please refer to the specific rules, regulations, and warnings posted at the entrance of every attraction.
Guest safety is the FunPark’s number one priority. In addition to this Code of Conduct, guests are required to follow all local, state, and federal laws, rules, and instructions posted or otherwise known. In addition, all laws governing New York City Department of Parks and Recreation.
